Does anybody have some suggestions as to anywhere I might locate a small studio in the East London area. Bricklane, Shoreditch or Old Street?

regardless of having no local and personal familiarity with the matter, I'd be amazed if there was any such space left at affordable prices. You're at least 10 years behind to the get down there!

Sorry forgot to point out living space as well. Its for one of our workers who is taking a course but wants to relocate. Its just a personal music studio. He produces for his dads record label.
