Essentially I have noticed an alarming trend over the past few years. I appear to only gain weight these days and as such I have realised I should perhaps neutralize this disloyalty of my body and really work on my fitness a little.
The glitch being is that I'm lazy and now unfit. except luckily I'm competitive and I'm looking for somebody similar to who I can get on with and form a sociable rivalry with.
The plan is simple. You put forth some key points of information about your personality in this thread and we'll go from there. I don't go to a gym yet so finding one will be on our list of things to do and I'm sure we can arrange for one that is within mutual distance.
I'm a 25 year old male just to dispel any excitement. I'm not bothered about your gender/age just looking for somebody who is genuinely interested in this and wanting to sign up to a gym with me. (I work 10-6 and can't do Tuesday/Thursday so we'll work something out. Hell perhaps even add swimming or give boxing a try?).
So, any interest?
What time of day would you be wanting to gymnasium it up, and what kind of schedule do you have in mind?
I would but I'm on City Road and Old Street's a bit too large a walk from here
It's really down to what time you have and what you're wanting to get out of it.
What is your schedule like?
I am a fat, idle Londoner who is only two weeks ahead of you. I work out in Waterloo though (its only £20 a month)
Anything in mind? I'm about north of you also my knees are fucked.
I live in Hoxton and I'm considering signing up to the gym in Britannia Leisure Centre in Shoreditch Park presently as a total gym newbie.
I try to go running a few times a week already when I'm not hungover or think I'll die from the heat.
EDIT: I'm 24/M. Not very fit, but want to be, if that helps.
