opening my own business on a shoestring budget and going to be cycling into central London for meetings since I don't want to spend £10 every time. Any suggestions for spaces I can get cleaned up following the journey?

I believe your only choice is to join a gym.

H2 cycle run if you're ever in soho.

some of the mainline stations have shower cubicles -- go into the toilets part and prices should be more or less (from memory) roughly £2 a go.

Edit -- had a peek around and seems that they are removing them.

Only one I could locate on the Network Rail website is now at Paddington, and that's £5 a go.

Yeah, unluckily my fitness first membership is one of the first things I've had to cut back on at £50 per month. Can't find any inexpensive gyms that fit the bill.

Urg, that's annoying. Seems like there's a gap in the market for spaces you can get a speedy shower for a couple of quid. a large amount of the offices I worked at in town have showers for cyclists, although there seem to be few options for the general public.

What do you mean by Central London? Join a fitness center chain like Virgin classic and you can go to whichever of their branches.
