I'm trying to exercise a spot of wholesome eating, however it's very, very hard at this time of night. I'm not expecting much, although something that isn't a fast food shop would be a godsend.

Wok to Walk is open until 1 am, on the corner of Wardour and Brewer St. That's the only position I know of (besides Burger King, McD etc) that's open late, you can select how healthy or unhealthy you require it to be.

Urgh. I thought that might be the case. Legend has it there's a curry house not far from here that's open till something silly akin to four am except a)it's not always the right time for a curry and b) I'd feel a right berk looking for 'that curry house that serves curry till four am so I can be the only one sat there eating curry at 4am'.

Bar Italia is open all night. fantastic pizza and cakes!

Feel your pain here pal. Food around that locale was hugely restricted when I worked a bar near there.

Yeah bearing in mind the area you'd think there'd be at slightest a few more places open that late. I have heard that there are some 24/7 places but not definite where they are.

Pretty confident some places in Chinatown are open to 3ish.

If you truly would like to be healthy it would be better to make something and take it to work with you. and it'll save you money in the long run.

Balans is open until 5 a.m. during the week.

Cafe Boheme is open until 3 a.m.

New Mayflower in Chinatown is open til 4 a.m.

Tinseltown on Great Portland Street is only open until 1.30 a.m. however their branch in Farringdon is open 24 hours, I believe.

Balans is by a lot my favourite, though it will get pricey if you go regularly.
