Decent food around Oxford Circus at night? I have the late shift and Macdonalds is a no!

If you truly would like to be healthy it would be better to make something and take it to work with you. and it'll save you money in the long run.

Balans is open until 5 a.m. during the week.

Cafe Boheme is open until 3 a.m.

New Mayflower in Chinatown is open til 4 a.m.

Tinseltown on Great Portland Street is only open until 1.30 a.m. however their branch in Farringdon is open 24 hours, I believe.

Balans is by a lot my favourite, though it will get pricey if you go regularly.

Whelp. Better crack out the wallet for when I've not had chance to bring in 'heinz meanz surprize' before I get to work.

Haha yeah. Mayflower is cheapy chinese food though, so that's more affordable.

One of the things that shocked me the generally about London was the lack of 24 hour sit down restaurants.

But yeah a large amount places are kebab shops and McDonalds...with other places much harder to find.
