If you're heading to the same place each time then you ought to ask nearby gyms or hotels. A lot of them will be eager to give you shower-only admission for a small fee.

I believe your only choice is to join a gym.
Yeah, unluckily my fitness first membership is one of the first things I've had to cut back on at £50 per month. Can't find any inexpensive gyms that fit the bill.
Checkout fitness4less

What do you mean by Central London? Join a fitness center chain like Virgin classic and you can go to whichever of their branches.
> What do you mean by Central London?

Probably the same thing that everybody else means by it.

Central London isn't specific.

Check the The Gymn Group maybe?
That looks akin to a good solution, thanks. Only need to use it two times a month to make it cheaper than buying a travelcard for the day.
It has the benefit of being 24 hours as well. I'm in fact a member and it's not too bad a gymn.

So a enormous area plus 100s of options for gyms and thousands of offices he could be working. As stated, central London is not unambiguous enough to counter that question.

Pretty much wherever within Zone 1 - exact locations will vary, depending on who I'm meeting.
