I work on Scrutton Street.

Ex-major weight loser (lost 40lbs from gym plus diet), looking to get the motivation back. Open to gyming 2 nights a week if you're up for it. ordinarily cardio so far, but looking to move into weight training.

I'm competitive, fat and Irish. :confident:

Oh hey I'm Epworth street. Pretty close. Got a guy who wishes to try SPACE on Wed but leaves me a lot of time to try out.

Fancy giving this a go then?

There is a pretty cut-rate Fitness First in Old Street that I have been to a few times (I am in fact a member, only started going of late though). It's akin to £30 or so a month, it's not bad!

I am a fat, idle Londoner who is only two weeks ahead of you. I work out in Waterloo though (its only £20 a month)

Where precisely around Waterloo is this £20 a month gym you talk of?
Imagination Street
Actually, Gym Group was offering £15 a month to members who joined the newest branch in Waterloo back in October. I know for the reason that I joined and never went (ended up with Virgin). I imagine it's £20-25 in most places in London now as well as a one-off joining fee at some.

Have a number of timing issues as I work relatively late, although potentially I'd be up for it. I've been high level fitness with a superior than average body but not really trained this past year so could also actually go for it. I can train at virgin active gyms, though there are some unique clubs that need exclusive access I won't be able to go to.

If you're looking for a boxing gym in the Old St area, contemplate http://fighterfit.com - I've been coming there for roughly 1.5 years and it feels great.

Plenty of folks of any experience level (from 0 to being really really good) and form there. The gym itself is not the best one (old youth club, poor showers etc.), however they're moving into nicer structure on Liverpool St in a month or two.

They additionally do PAYG, so you can pay for one session only to see if you enjoy the training.

I live between Old Street & Shoreditch park. Could do with exercise, don't as it makes folks clammy and sound a bit I suggest getting a dog for a few reasons, they need walking or they shit in your house. This should bestow you motivation to take them out. Secondly, puppies make girls weak at the clunge. Thirdly, with all the new improved looking you, what shows commitment more than a dog? Ok, perhaps a child, but you get the point...
if you're exercising (or not exercising) for some reason other than how you want to feel concerning yourself, then you're doing it wrong, sport. Not exercising for the reason that it

sound a bit you a bit of a bell-end using retarded excuses to rationalize laziness.
